Images Festival 2024 Tickets

This year’s Images Festival has 4 ticketing options:

Individual Tickets ($10)

Once you purchase tickets, you will be emailed a QR code. Please either print, or have a digital copy of your QR code ready to display at the cinema entrance. If you require financial assistance, please contact us at frontofhouse@imagesfestival.com

Ticketing FAQ

How do I purchase an individual ticket?

At ImagesFestival.com/Events, click on the event you would like to attend. Click “Purchase Tickets Here” and add tickets to your cart. If you would like tickets to multiple events, repeat this step until you are ready to check out!

What is a Festival Pass?

A Festival Pass provides access to every screening in the festival. It can be downloaded onto your mobile device or printed. Please note, this pass can’t be used for the pre-opener on April 10.

Is my seat reserved with a Festival Pass?

20% of the cinema (40 seats) are held for passholders up until 10 minutes before the program begins. Passholders can line up in advance, and are let into the cinema 30 minutes prior to the start time. We recommend passholders arrive 30-45 minutes before the start time for the best chance to reserve a seat of their choosing.

Having a Festival Pass does not guarantee you a seat. If there are still passholder seats available 10 minutes before the screening start time, they will be released to patrons in the Rush Line.

What is an Industry Pass?

Industry Passes are geared towards film and arts industry professionals. This pass provides access to all AFK screenings and performances at the festival, as well as online screener links to a selection of AFK festival screenings. Please fill out this Google Form to apply.

Within one week of your application, you will receive a private link to purchase an Industry Pass.

What is an online Industry Pass?

For industry professionals who cannot join us in person, Images Festival offers online screener links to a selection of AFK festival screenings. Please fill out this Google Form to apply.

Within one week of your application, you will receive a private link to purchase an online Industry Pass.

There is an error message when I try to check out, what should I do?

Try refreshing your browser, or switching browsers. If you are still having trouble, try purchasing tickets on our Elevent page, or email frontofhouse@imagesfestival.com

Can I purchase tickets in person?

Yes. The Box Office is in the lobby of Innis Town Hall and is open one hour before the start of the first screening of the day, until 30 minutes after the final screening of the day begins.

I would like to receive a physical Festival or Industry Pass, how do I get one after purchasing online?

All pass types can be picked up from the Box Office during open hours. We recommend passholders pick up their physical passes 45 min to an hour before the first screening they wish to see.

Box Office is open one hour before the start of the first screening of the day, until 30 minutes after the final screening of the day begins.

Are there refunds or exchanges on tickets?

All ticket and pass sales are final. If you have any questions, please reach out to frontofhouse@imagesfestival.com

Tickets can be exchanged up until half an hour before a show's start time either in-person at the Box Office or by emailing frontofhouse@imagesfestival.com. Requests that come later than half an hour before the shows start time unfortunately can not be accommodated.
